The Tenth General Assembly of the OpenFiling association was held, according to the Articles 8 to 11 of the OpenFiling Bylaws, in the place and date abovementioned, with the following agenda:
- Report of the President
- Questions and Answers
- AOB
- Open Source generator of labelRoles for ESEF 2020
- Usage of labelRoles files hosted by the Eurofiling Foundation
Art. 11. Bylaws:
a) Appointment of the Board and its officers, directors and representatives, as well as honorary members: The Board has no proposals to this 10th General Assembly.
b) Review and approve annual budgets and accounts: The OpenFiling association has no budget (neither income nor expenses). Operational costs (since XBRL Spain covers Internet costs) are zero or much lower than the implicit management cost of any budget for Openfiling
Art 9. Bylaws – The Assembly was convened at first call (where quorum is required) in the same place and date, but 60 minutes before. No quorum was achieved in first call.

1.- Report of the President
The President explained the activities carried out since the 9th General Assembly, held in European Central Bank, Frankfurt am Main, Germany on 17th June 2019, during the Eurofiling Conference 2019, Frankfurt.
The webpage of the association is www.openfiling.info that has been maintained active and updated, without incidents. As the work is basically individual, the required coordination efforts are limited.
Most of the past work has been related with the ESMA Reporting Framework, specifically with Open Source proof of concept tools for the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF).
